The delivery address can only be changed before dispatch, i.e. before it has been processed by the logistics department. This usually takes 1-2 working days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse.

You can enter a discount code or voucher code in your shopping basket during the ordering process. Depending on the promotion or value, this will be applied automatically.

We do not have a minimum order value or a minimum quantity surcharge. Additional customs duties and fees apply for deliveries to countries outside Europe.

You cannot change the payment method for an order that is already being processed. You can cancel the old order and place a completely new order with the desired payment method in our online shop.

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Once we have received and processed your return, we will automatically refund your money so that you can reorder the replacement items you want.
