Products & availability

The following product labels show you whether and when items are available.

Note: All orders are only shipped once every item they contain is available. If your order includes Pre-Order or On-Demand items, in-stock items will also be held back and shipped together with them.

In Stock:
The item is in stock and can be shipped right away.

Sold Out:
The item is currently no longer available and cannot be ordered. Many items are limited and won't be restocked.

On-Demand:
This status means that the item is sourced for you only after the order has been placed. Production and delivery to our warehouse can take up to 14 days before the item is ready to ship.

Pre-Order:
This means the item is not yet in stock. It is not yet in stock and will usually be delivered by our supplier shortly before the release date shown on the product page. As soon as the goods arrive, we'll ship them to you.

Delivery on the stated date cannot be guaranteed. In exceptional cases, particularly with imports, delays may occur. We'll ship the item as soon as it's available.

Sold-out items may sometimes become available again. In most cases, you can sign up on the product page to be notified by email as soon as the item is back in stock.

Please note: If an item is marked as limited (see product description), it usually won't be restocked.

Yes, all products in our shop are 100% licensed original goods. We source our items exclusively through authorized retailers and directly from the respective brands and manufacturers.

On the product pages you'll find several aids for choosing the right size. Whenever possible, we list the measurements of our models so you can better gauge how the item fits and runs.

In addition, many manufacturers provide size charts that you can find right next to the size selection. You can use these to compare your measurements and figure out the right size for you.

Please note that ordered tickets are always excluded from returns, cancellations or exchanges. The only exceptions are incorrect deliveries and concerts that have been cancelled or rescheduled.
